Seal Beach Realty is a unique office owned by Sharon Russell, the Broker/Owner, along with her son, Robert Russell. It is a family run business offering the “Old Fashioned” values of service, hard work, follow-through and professional representation.

Sharon Russell

Sharon has been a full time REALTOR since 1978 and both she and Robert are members of organized Real Estate with the:

• Orange County Association of REALTORS

• California Association of REALTORS

• National Association of REALTORS

Sharon has received her GRI designation representing she is a Graduate of the REALTOR’S Institute.
She has served on various Association committees and chose the motto of “Where Integrity Counts” for her business because she feels INTEGRITY is a most integral part of business and living.

Sharon taught pre-school at Long Beach City College and the Seal Beach Play Group prior to becoming a REALTOR. She worked at Rockwell International (Boeing) for 12 ½ years in the Minuteman Master Planning and Programming Office as a Change Analyst. She attended Long Beach City College and California State University at Long Beach. Her hobbies are reading, gardening, cooking and dancing.

Sharon’s family moved to Seal Beach in 1947 and she has enjoyed watching Seal Beach grow into the charming community it is today. There is no agent that knows the town better. She is very experienced, competent, caring and provides quality service to her clients.

Robert Russell

Robert Russell has been a REALTOR since 1988 and has lived in Seal Beach since 1972. He has attended the local schools participating in the wonderful activities offered residents through the City of Seal Beach Recreation Department. Robert attended Cypress College, California State University at Long Beach and the University of Utah. He was active in the college music programs as a drummer and completed his flight training at Long Beach Municipal Airport.

Robert enjoys most boating activities and likes to spend his free time at the Colorado River and Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Robert has participated in the Naples and Huntington Harbour boat parades for over 25 years and has won awards for boat decorations and theme. He understands a boater’s needs and he knows property values. Robert Russell can help you make the right decision to meet your particular needs.
